Admissions

To Apply

1. Fill out and submit one application per student using this form. Please note that there is a $50 non-refundable application fee for each student paid via the website after completing the application.
2. Upon receiving your application, you will be contacted to schedule a Family Interview with the Admissions Director and Head of School. This will be an opportunity for the student and their family to meet leadership, tour the facility, and ask questions.
3. After meeting with the Head of School each student will be asked to complete Kindergarten Readiness testing or NWEA inventory test. This is not an entrance exam but will give us insight into how to best serve your child and family. If you have existing NWEA scores, this will not be necessary.
4. Next, you will be contacted for acceptance and enrollment. Acceptance priority will be:
   1. Current ECS families
   2. ECS staff & board members and their families
   3. ECC staff & board members and their families
   4. ECC members and regular attenders
   5. Applicants with multiple children applying.
5. You will also receive a copy of the ECS Life Together Covenant, which you will need to review and agree to in order to move forward. This will also be the time we review details regarding scholarships and voucher opportunities.
6. After acceptance, there will be an enrollment fee of $300 to secure your student’s position for the 2024-2025 school year at ECS.

School Choice

Emmanuel Christian School participates in the School Choice program for the State of Indiana, commonly known as the voucher program for grades K-5. This program provides scholarships (vouchers) to eligible K-5 students by utilizing a portion of the state funds allocated for that child to follow them to the non-public school of their choice.

Once you have been enrolled, we will reach out to you through email and walk with you through the process of applying for School Vouchers. Indiana just updated the qualifications for vouchers. Incoming kindergarteners do qualify for vouchers! Feel free to contact [email protected] if you have any more questions about the School Choice program.
