Schedule a Tour Pastoral Referral Form

2026-2027 Families

We invite you to visit ECS for a tour to experience ECS firsthand! Click the orange "Schedule a Tour" button above and fill out our inquiry form. Once complete, you will receive an email with a link to schedule a tour.

We are currently accepting pastoral referrals, which are necessary for admission to ECS. To access the referral form, simply click the blue "Pastoral Referral" button above. If you have questions, please reach out to our Admissions Director at [email protected].

The admissions season will begin in early January for re-enrollment families.

The admissions season will begin in February for new families. Our application will be sent to new families (who have submitted a pastoral referral) beginning on February 2nd. Family interviews are an important part of our admissions process and will be scheduled as soon as the each family's application is complete. For incoming kindergartners, we will conduct kindergarten readiness testing during the admissions season.

*Please Note: In an instance when classes fill, we place families who have completed the application in a waiting pool. Our waiting pools are not ordered and they reset every year. If you have been placed in the waiting pool/on the waitlist in previous years, please inquire again to re-engage with the admissions process.

Important Dates:

January 6th-31st: Re-enrollment for current families.

February 2nd: Open-enrollment begins. Family interviews and kindergarten readiness testing will be scheduled at this time.

February 12th: ECS Open House 6:30 - 8 pm.

Late March: Admissions decisions will be made.

School Choice

Emmanuel Christian School and the Indiana School Choice Program

Emmanuel Christian School proudly participates in Indiana’s School Choice Program, also known as the voucher program. This program provides scholarships (vouchers) to eligible K-12 students by using a portion of the state funds allocated for that child to attend the non-public school of their choice.

Once your enrollment is complete, we’ll guide you through the application process for School Vouchers via email, step by step.

Indiana recently updated the school choice voucher. According to current legislation there will not be income restrictions for the 2026-2027 school year. However, changes can be made during legislative sessions. Please check back for more information as it becomes available!
