We would love to welcome you to Emmanuel Christian School! The best way to experience ECS is to schedule a tourand see our classrooms, students, and community in action.

Step 1: Schedule a Tour
Click the orange “Schedule a Tour” button above and complete the inquiry form. After submitting the form, you will receive an email with a link to choose a tour time.

Step 2: Submit a Pastoral Referral
A pastoral referral is required for admission to ECS.
Click the blue “Pastoral Referral” button above to access the form.

Admissions Timeline

Our admissions season for new families began in early February.

Applications are sent to families after a pastoral referral has been received.
Family interviews are scheduled once a completed application is submitted.
Incoming kindergarten students will participate in kindergarten readiness testing.

Wait Pool Information

If a grade level fills, completed applicants will be placed in a waiting pool.

Please note:

Waiting pools are not ordered.
Waiting pools reset each year.
Families who were previously waitlisted should submit a new inquiry to re-engage in the process.

Kindergarten
1st Grade
4th Grade

Important Dates:

January 6th-30th: Re-enrollment for current families.

February 2nd: Open-enrollment begins. Family interviews and kindergarten readiness testing will be scheduled at this time.

February 12th: ECS Open House 6:30 - 8 pm.

Late March: Admissions decisions will be made.

School Choice

Emmanuel Christian School and the Indiana School Choice Program

Emmanuel Christian School proudly participates in Indiana’s School Choice Program, also known as the voucher program. This program provides scholarships (vouchers) to eligible K-12 students by using a portion of the state funds allocated for that child to attend the non-public school of their choice.

Once your enrollment is complete, we’ll guide you through the application process for School Vouchers via email, step by step.

Indiana recently updated the school choice voucher. According to current legislation there will not be income restrictions for the 2026-2027 school year. However, changes can be made during legislative sessions. Please check back for more information as it becomes available!
