At Emmanuel Christian School, we pursue excellence in Christ-centered education while keeping our tuition model clear and accessible for families. Below you’ll find everything you need to understand enrollment fees, payment plans, financial aid, and scholarship options for the upcoming school year.

Enrollment Fee

The Enrollment Fee is $300 per student, paid each year during re-enrollment or upon acceptance for new families.

This fee is non-refundable.
It is required to secure your student’s seat for the upcoming school year.
Enrollment is completed through your FACTS Family Portal.

Re-enrollment Window for current families.
January 6–January 31
(Seats are not guaranteed after January 31.)

Open enrollment starts

February 2nd.

FACTS Tuition Management

All families are required to enroll in a FACTS payment plan.

Annual FACTS Fee: $50 per family
Monthly payments can draft automatically on the 2nd or 16th of each month.
FACTS manages all tuition, fees, and incidental billing.
Semi- Annual Plan: $25 per family
Pay half of tuition in August and the other half in January

Tuition Information for the 2026-2027 School Year

As Emmanuel Christian School continues its expansion to K–8, tuition amounts for the upcoming school year have been reviewed and approved by the School Board and Head of School.

Payment Plan Options

Families will continue to be able to choose from three flexible payment pathways through FACTS:

1. Annual Payment

Full tuition paid by June 30

2. Semi-Annual Payments

Two equal payments
July and January through FACTS

3. Monthly Payments

11 monthly automatic payments
July–May

You may also use your child’s 529 account to pay tuition.

Extended Care Options

(this is the 25/26 rate, it may update for the next school year)

Before School Care

$5 per child per day
7:30–8:30 AM

After School Care

$7.50 per child per day
3:00–5:00 PM

Scholarships & Financial Aid

Indiana School Choice Voucher

Many families qualify for significant tuition assistance through the School Choice Scholarship (Voucher) based on income and household size.

SGO Scholarships

Additional aid may be available for families who:

Admissions & Placement

New Family Enrollment

Once accepted, new families will:

Set up their FACTS account
Pay the $300 enrollment fee per student
Complete their tuition payment plan

Fee: $300 per student
Seats not guaranteed after January 31
