Our Commitment
At Emmanuel Christian School, our commitment is simple and sincere: we desire to make a Christ-centered education accessible and affordable for every family God brings to our community. Financial aid and vouchers are key tools in helping us live out that mission.
Indiana’s School Choice Voucher Program allows eligible families to receive state funding that can be applied toward private school tuition. As of last year, Indiana approved universal eligibility, meaning many families now qualify who may not have in the past.
Enrollment opens earlier in the year, but official state voucher award amounts are not released until April. These amounts are determined by the state and cannot be finalized by schools in advance.
Because of this timing, ECS is unable to provide exact tuition totals until voucher data is released.
Yes. Enrollment secures your child’s seat for the upcoming school year.
The $300 per-student enrollment fee:
- Holds your child’s place
- Helps ECS plan classrooms, staffing, and resources responsibly
- Is separate from final tuition and aid calculations
Financial aid decisions are finalized after state voucher information becomes available.
We encourage families to apply for financial aid as soon as applications open, even before voucher amounts are released.
Applying early:
- Positions your family for the strongest possible aid package
- Allows us to plan intentionally for your household
- Prevents delays once state funding is finalized
Submitting an application now does not lock in an aid amount—it ensures your family is part of the review process.
Once voucher amounts are released by the state in April, ECS will:
- Finalize financial aid awards
- Apply voucher funding
- Adjust tuition balances and payment plans accordingly
Families will be notified once their FACTS account reflects the finalized tuition and aid information, typically in late April or early May.
We understand that financial clarity is important. While exact figures are not available yet, families can be assured that:
