Applicant Location Requirements

3–5 years of experience working with students with learning differences, disabilities, or special educational needs

Experience developing and implementing individualized learning plans and accommodations

Strong collaboration skills when working with teachers, administrators, and families

Experience supporting students across academic, behavioral, and executive-functioning needs

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Education, or a related field required

Teaching license in Special Education preferred.

Knowledge of evidence-based instructional and intervention strategies

Commitment to ongoing professional growth in special education practices

Responsibilities

Provide individualized and small-group instruction to support student learning needs

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized learning plans and accommodations

Collaborate with classroom teachers to support differentiated instruction

Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly

Maintain clear documentation and communicate progress with families

Foster a supportive, structured learning environment rooted in dignity and encouragement

Integrate faith, character, and social-emotional growth into daily interactions

Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school events

Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field
